A080 Base Ring

This is the same one i'm looking to make the base ring solid for as well on http://chastityforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=60330

I don't have much of an issue around the hinge actually it's the top where it sits together and through the cage tab that pinches really badly !!

Incidentally even though it's short i've shortened it much more by crimping the rings together at the top.

I've Frankensteined a couple of Chinese cages, the stainless welds nicely. I usually use ER312 to weld it back together.
I like the one piece ring, with the stem with flattened sides. I just cut the receivers off the cages and then weld it onto the new cage.. A little grinding, a little buffing and Presto !
I do like the look of that cage, might be my next project.

This Cage arrived the other day.
I got two rings 44mm ring and 47mm.
The 44mm is just a touch too tight but the 47mm is fine Ive had two Left Ball escapes
(happened in every device ive had)
but for the most part its the most comfortable cage ive worn to date.

At first the hinge didnt bother me for about an hour and then it did so i put the bit of tubing (Supplied) over it and so far so good.
Ive had a look around to see if there is a in-between 44mm and 47mm just out of curiosity but no luck.
My kh will never buy a custom cage but rings are a different story.

how you mean too tight the 44mm?

for me the 44mm is too tight around so the skin bunches up too much and causes pain. but the 47mm is ok

hmmm can u fit a finger between ring and cock when u r soft? in this occasion ur balls must be at low hang state
