As your balls only produce sperm and now sperm can't go anywhere they will obviously inflate for ever. No, the testicles do not get any larger after a long lockup. The body just absorbs the sperm that doesn't get removed the old fashioned way.

Occasionally my entire scrotum gets a little larger but that is fluid retention (edema) around the testicles. Usually this happens in the early morning after an attempted nocturnal erection. It goes away on its own. If it is bothering me for some reason then I just cup then entire scrotum with both hands and give it a gentle squeeze and everything goes back to normal. I assume the fluid is then absorbed normally once it is not trapped in the scrotum.
