what besides the pee issue were the disadvantages?
The only other disadvantage was that because the tube was that much smaller (same length though) I filled the tube all the time. I would sometimes get a little skin at the tip that wanted to stick out the hole at the end. This was really sensitive and not too pleasant. I could usually adjust a little and it would be ok at least until I could do something a little better about it with a q-tip or something. This also happens occasionally with the 35mm tube but less often and is easier to fix.

The main advantage is comfort and concealability. It is extremely compact and the only thing that ever showed at all was the integrated lock and even that was almost impossible to tell. It is also the most comfortable device I have had as far as nocturnal erections are concerned. During the day it was about the same comfort wise as the 35mm tube.

I just thought of something else that might be a disadvantage for some, it took a fair bit of effort to put it on. I had to be totally relaxed and still usually plan to spend a bit of time getting everything right. This wasn't that big of a deal for me though because I usually stay locked up for at least weeks at a time. If you are out every other day it would become a pain I think.

I can only think of one other potential problem with a tight tube fit. I know that my Jailbird will get tugged around somewhat just by my clothing and contortions during my workday. I used to wish I ordered a smaller tube diameter but I realized I needed some room for my shaft to move on it's own. Otherwise it would get stuck and maybe cause problems. With the fit I have now the JB and my shaft will eventually sort of find it's way back on it's own without me having to fiddle with it much. Maybe a smaller cage would grip better but I would think that long-term constant contact would eventually cause problems. Just my two cents!

I used to wear the CB6000 but my keyholder decided to fit me with the CB6000S, my penis when flacid completely filled this and any attempt to get an erection was futile. This was far more comfortable to wear when at work etc and I wore it 24/7 as I could clean it out with a cotton bud when i bathed. However, the problem I had was that after approximately one month of being chaste, the eyelets on the 'u-ring' snapped, I ordered another size 3 u-ring and the same thing happened after about a month so my wife has now fitted me back in my CB3000 which is standard size and it is fitted with the size 2 'points of intrigue' to prevent erections. This is slightly more uncomfortable to wear 24/7 because of the length but I can't afford to keep replacing 'u-rings' every 4 weeks on my CB6000S.

I have not found the 'points of intrigue' to be useful in *preventing* erections. I still got them, they were just very painful. In my case, I can see them being useful as a penalty but not much else.

I understand what you are saying and it may well work that way for some. In my experience with both small and large tubes it just hasn't been a problem. In fact, the largest tubes (CB3000 being one of them) had more of a problem with allowing things to shift to the point that I had to fiddle with it more. I'm sure there is a sweet spot, right now for me that is a slightly larger diameter tube but at the shorter length.

I have been doing some more research and measuring. I'm now sure that the 29mm is not good. Perhaps that 35mm standard size is good.

How big difference there should be between tube diameter and flaccid diameter?

I wish I could tell you but I don't know what my flaccid diameter is. When I started in this process the MM plastic rings weren't available and the steel ones were too much hassle. I already had the CB3000 so I always just made adjustments based on what I already had. I little smaller, a little bigger, etc.... Not a very efficient way to do this.

The Steelheart is rigid when locked. This means the larger the tube, the smaller the gap your balls have to live with. I'd say there is a bit of a black art to getting a perfect fit.

Hi,

I too have been researching CDs and really like the steelworxx revenge. I am wondering if 3mm or slightly less is adequate for the tube? On average, I am just over 32mm flaccid. Will the 35 be tight enough yet still allow enough room for cleaning, etc?

Thanks for any advise

My cock is also a shade over 32mm diameter at it's smallest.

Sometimes 36mm when relaxed too.

I decided to go with the 32mm tube, as I don't want the device to slip down when my cock is at its smallest (my balls are really low so the device needs to hold onto my cock as much as my balls it seems)

I may think it's too small and get a larger tube toward the end of the year but I think I'll be OK.

I stuffed the bulbous head of my CB6000S with tissues the other night, so the only place for my cock to grow was the 32-35mm tube and then a tight space inside the tissue, and my nightly erection was different, didnt get as hard as when my cock can fill out the helmet of the device but still comfy, so I went with the 32mm tube.
I think it'll make the device feel really secure and stop erections before they start, which I think I will find enjoyably frustrating.

I think with a penis with 32mm as its smallest diameter, u can get away with a 35mm tube, if you don't mind it not gripping as well as a tighter tube for some of the time, or a 32mm tube, if you don't mind it feeling a bit cramped sometimes.
