If he has lasted more than a month now.
Then ultimately there is no limit to how long you let it last the next time.
And after your test year, a lot will have changed.
And it doesn't matter whether one goes through with it or not.
Don't tell Miss Emmie that, Waki.
She might follow through with this 'no limit' business.
She already had it in her mind that there is no limit anymore .
I wish you the best of luck after your release.
Lock permanently in inverted cage with ballspliter under the kilt
With the first three months completed we had an 'open' discussion about it yesterday evening.
Free to speak without fear of consequences.
No need for 'Miss Emmie'.
Both being open and honest. It was a good discussion.
Both of us felt some surprise at how quickly the time had passed, how we'd adjusted to this new lifestyle, but most of all, just how possible it is for a man to remain locked.
I know we'd read loads of stuff about cages and rules, edges and releases, denial and frustration, but after three months we realised, for real, that it was all pretty accurate stuff that we'd read. Also the things that we'd been told specifically, “smaller is better”, “if you can do a week, you can do a month”, “it gets easier”, etc. etc. have also all been spot on accurate.
It's not that we disbelieved them, but just found them hard to believe.
But now we know.
Herbi was open about his difficult nights and daytime frustrations and all, but admitted that is had got easier (just as someone had predicted for us). He also commented on how he likes the way he is focused on doing what's good and right and although he doesn't like consequences, understands that they are necessary.
I was slightly surprised by his honesty here, not because he's dishonest of course, but I didn't expect him to be as open with sharing his views.
He usually requires encouragement to talk.
I was open too about how I was enjoying the journey and finding the learning fascinating.
I said “Nine months of the trial to go then” and he said “Yes, fine” and that it would be interesting.
“And fun?” I asked. “Fun too, in an odd sort of way.” he agreed.
We must have talked for about half and hour and covered all the good points and not so good. Sometimes our views of whether an aspect of chastity fell into the good or not so good category didn't always agree. Pain and discomfort are obviously not so good and we both agree on that. The intimacy and closeness that we have both felt are obviously good and no disagreement on that either. When it comes to lack of sleep, yep, that's no so good but frustration from nocturnal erections is less clear cut. I put it in the good bucket but Herbs wasn't convinced. Ha!
At the end of this little chat we both agreed that we were “doing the right things” and that it (the trial) was working.
I suppose if either of us had suggested that we'd “had enough” then we would have talked about it in more detail and arrived at a joint decision, a go/no-go point perhaps.
But we didn't do that.
Having agree that it was working, we also agreed that it was worth continuing. So that's what we're doing.
Feeling positive about the serious (but easy-going) discussion, I said that I thought that was it for now unless he had anything else that he wanted to talk about. He said he hadn't so it was time for something else.
Specifically the something else was a series of one word commands that had him undressed, unlocked and on all fours.
A bit of edging as a reward for doing well.
Bath, uncaged so supervised, then locked up.
Bath for me too with Herbi washing my back and helping me to dry afterwards. All very loving and caring. Beautiful.
Just time for one more one word command before bed. “Kneel”. Ah, yes. I knew something was missing from the evening. That was it!
Everything's better with a locked male. Better still with a nude, locked male.
I wouldn't usually write twice in one day, but today is a big day.
An important day, for me at least.
Could even say momentous.
It was supposed to be for the 3 month milestone (1st of July) but I was a few days late in getting it sorted, so it has to be Independence Day instead, the 4th! Oh, the irony!
The event that makes today special is that Herbi's newest cage arrived.
He didn't know he was getting one.
It was just a surprise for success with the first 3 months.
Lucky that the trial wasn't cut short during last night's chat otherwise I would have a spare cage to put on eBay “New, unused. Unwanted gift” you get the idea.
But the trial wasn't halted so all is good.
He's now got a second steel cage, House of Denial again. Same ring as he's been using and has got used to.
So we are now proud owners of a short steel, a shorter steel, and the good old Cobra Nub.
I was going to wait a few days for his planned release before trying the new cage but I didn't have the patience...

Hi Miss Emmie, I’m curious which HoD model is the new cage? And the original steel. So that we can get an idea of the reduction in size and style. Tia.
Keep up the good work, sounds like his training is going well and working for both parties.

Both cages that I've bought are the S99 model.
So we now have one ring plus two cages, a "small" and a "standard" size.

Thanks, as Waki86 says, smaller can be more comfortable as it prevents “half erections.” It is a significant reduction in size compared to the standard.
Waki86 would probably agree that the shorter cages seem more aesthetically pleasing although that is obviously down to the keyholders opinion!
I shall be intrigued whether you fix on one cage or continue to swap around over the next 9 months.

I've not made any definite decision but
My immediate feeling is that I will chop and change between the 3 (as well as the two S99 cages, we also have a Cobra Nub).
I like all three and each has its own positives.
Maybe I'll find that one is better or just that I like it more than the others, especially as we build up the length of time locked.
Time will tell!

It's great that you can now choose from three.
Each cage has a different effect on Herbert.
And you can decide when he wears what.
And investigate what it does to him and how he behaves.
And then use it again.
Both the man carrying the cage and the woman often have a preference.
This may be that people find it nicer, or that the cage gives a different nicer feeling.
That's just a personal thing.
Miss R also likes to switch things up.
The one I'm wearing now is permanently locked with e-clips.
They can be removed with great difficulty.
How long I wear this depends on Miss R.
This one is slightly larger than my previous one, which was small. Everything was pushed in and gave a wonderful and special feeling.
And that's my own personal preference.
But the one I'm wearing now looks nicer together with the scrotum bar and ball splitter.
And the one with a tiger's head looks cooler.
Each cage has its own thing.
