New forum, old forum

I merged the Tips and Tricks forum into the Chastity Device forum since it wasn't getting much attention based on their overlap n subject matter. Also, I've added a CF Marketplace forum for members to buy/sell/swap stuff. All activity therein is done at your own risk.

I know there's been talk of a keyholder's forum, but I'm not sure we need it (yet). It's still on the table if we gain enough KHs and they seem to want a place of their own.

I was trying to figure out what was happening earlier. I could tell something was missing but couldn't tell what it was. I guess that validates merging it.

If anyone has ever cruised the "She Makes The Rules" board (among others), you can almost see why a "Keyholder Only" forum could be a bad idea. It quickly degenerates into a moderators nightmare, in which men sign up under female identities in order to see what's happening, or worse, in order to add their opinions on how things "should" be done, etc. Some boards have even gone through the trouble of checking IP addresses, and warning the men (or non-KHs) that repeated infractions will get their board privileges revoked.

Personally, I'm long since out of high school, and I don't particularly care for this drama.

That said, while I don't see any problem with a KH forum in which they can exchange ideas, I can't imagine why it would be any different than the general chat forum. Ideally, we're all adults here, and it shouldn't take much to keep the discussion at an adult level.

And speaking as a keyholder, I definitely agree.

There is nothing going on in our chaste relationship that I would want to keep secret or private from my husband, so I really don't see the need for a private forum to discuss things with "the girls."
