Google translate actually does a passable (and sometimes rather charming) job. From what I gather, the Looker 1/2 are actually quite good for long-term wear, in spite of the scary looking urethra insert.

Wouldn't it cause pain? I never experimented with sounds, but after my visit to the medical lab where a nurse stuck something like a Q-tip in my cock I know it can be painful :-/

Well-lubricated, smooth, and not too thick doesn't hurt. Can't say what it'd be like to have it in place for an extended period, though.
