My wife is very aware of my desire to be locked. She, however, is not a fan, but will indulge me if I ask. So after waiting ten months for her to get the hint (she refused to take it) I told her it was time to lock me up.
The length of the lockup is for "as long as she can take it" She irritated me last night, not hard to do, I'm becoming a grumpy old man, so I told her I was adding another month to my chastity
I don't think I'll get away with it, this morning she did say if I kept adding months, I'd never be unlocked. A man can dream...

Sure. Unless I request it, it ain't gonna happen. Marriage is a series of compromises. I see no reason why I can't request we do things my way for awhile. I may not pass your purity test, but it works for us.
