Basering diameter and form

I have a question about the diameter and shape of the base ring of the Holy Trainer.

The cage I currently wear has an oval ring that measures 53mm in width and 44mm in height. The tube is passed through the rings like with the Holy Trainer, making the height approximately 40mm with the tube.

I want to buy a Holy Trainer, but due to the high price, I’m hesitant to order the wrong ring.

I calculated the area of the oval (without the tube), and it corresponds to a round ring of about 48mm in diameter.

I have another cage with three rings (40mm, 45mm, and 50mm). The rings can be opened. The 50mm ring fits well for long-term wear. However, the cage shape isn’t suitable for discreet wearing under clothing. The 45mm ring is quite tight and leads to discoloration over time, meaning blood congestion. The 40mm ring I can’t get closed at all.

The Holy Trainer has, like my current cage, a closed ring, so everything must be pushed through for putting it on. I have large testicles, and with a round 45mm ring that can’t be opened, it’s very difficult to push the second one through.

So my questions are:

What shape does the ring of the Holy Trainer have?
If it’s oval: What are the dimensions of the 45mm ring and the 50mm ring?
Does anyone know of any conversion tables that could help?
