Yes. Of course it is. Chastity takes many forms, the best being what works the best for the both of you.

No it isn't. I've been in chastity for years and haven't had a full penile orgasm (as opposed to a ruin or anal orgasm) for approaching four years. But I'm only caged for around 50-60% of the time.
When caged we do what it says on the tin - the penis is out-of-bounds. But I can give and receive pleasure in other ways as long as I don't orgasm.
