'Internal Hard-On' Below the Scrotum

I moved KBT's cage up and away from his balls last night for a little T/D. An 'internal hard-on' appeared in the area below his scrotum. It felt somewhat like a hard penis. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a normal occurrence?

Yepper, that's where I'm referring to.

That's what I did too. I kept asking him how it felt. He was barely able to get "maddening" out. I continued to rub, squeeze, & run my nails over it while still asking questions, his one-word answers became almost incoherent.

The only downside was that I was extremely turned on, but can't let him 'play' right now.
