Nocturnal Issues

Hey everyone
I have been locked up for 10 days now with small here and there lock ups prior. However I have been waking up in the middle of the night with nocturnal erections that have been fairly painful as they pull on my cage. I am in a Chinese knockoff Jailbird. I have noticed that applying Vaseline before bed can help some, but there have been a few occasions where I have had to wake my Goddess and use an emergency key to releve the pressure.

Does anybody have tips or advice to help avoid or minimize such occurrences?

I can only assume that the device isn't correctly sized.

If the tip of your penis touches the end of the cage, and the diameter of the cage means it gently touches the sides of the penis, then you won't get the "pulling" problem as the shaft cannot expand and extend - an erection simply doesn't happen.

Since getting a correctly sized (real) JailBird, I've never suffered from the infamous "pulling on the balls" problem that I did have with a CB6000S

"knock-offs" are cheap for a reason, and they probably won't fit properly unless you just happen to be the right size for it.

I assumed as much. So does your erection not back up, or you just can’t get erect at all in a properly sized cage?

a. lj's advice is spot on.

b. The latter. You just can't get erect at all in a properly sized cage.

I had to send my JB back twice to get the sizing right, but then again, I was a slow learner on this subject. In any event, that was a few years ago, and the result was SO worth the effort.

I'n confused by this. I've been using a Chinese cage which seems to provide me with a good fit. When I get an erection, either spontaneously at night or when we're messing around, the cage prevents my penis from extending out but the erection is sort of backed up inside me. And yes, it definitely pulls on my balls, sometimes uncomfortably. Are you guys saying that with a properly sized cage that wouldn't happen? How would the cage prevent an erection?

Nocturnal erections are (or can be) challenging but there is an easy fix. Getting the right size cage helps a lot, more than I realized when I started. A cage as small as possible is important because once it has an opportunity to grow, it is worse.

Secondly, your body adapts to confined erections but there are times when you experience painful pulling on the base ring. These are the times when the cage wakes you up at 4:30am and you start to think about waking up your KH to find some relief. 99.9% of the time you can simply go to the restroom and you'll be fine in under 5 minutes. Morning wood or a "piss hard on" can be uncomfortable but it gets better and you can nearly always make it calm down by simply taking the pressure off your bladder.

I used to get these every few days but over time it was less and less of a problem. Now I might have this issue once every 90 days if even that much.

This is a common question and I've heard (and experienced) different things. I'm going to go with - everyone may have a different experience. Especially if you are a grower and not necessarily a shower.

While I 100% agree that with a properly fitting cage it's more difficult to get an erection that doesn't not mean you can't get hard in your cage. As a matter of fact I get my hubby hard in his cage multiple times daily on purpose hehe. He, too, has nocturnal erections that yank the crap out of his balls once in a while. He has a properly fitted cage, fills it to the tip and his ring is correct. We've had multiple cages in multiple sizes and it makes no difference. He's a shower and a grower and yes his erections kinda back up into him and get thick behind the base ring.

He just deals with it, he will go to the bathroom or do math in his head or even read a boring article. Sometimes, I don't let him and I tease and tickle him and giggle at his predicament.

For real, though, I think that this is something that is just what it is for each individual. No two people are exactly the same so the reactions can't possibly be exactly the same...

My husband and I are still new to chastity. We've only been at this for about a month, so I can't offer much in the way of assistance ... yet. LOL
We're still in the 'knock-off, testing the waters for size' club. May I ask where you found your JailBird knock-off? We've been looking for one, with no luck so far.

I want to say wish or eBay and it isn’t a true jailbird knock off as it has a hinge ring not a solid one. It also had punishment pins and a plug but we threw those out! Not our style.
