Any low cost devices with 2 1/8+ base ring?

I don't consider myself large by any means, but very high and tight. I need a 2 1/8 to 2 1/4 base ring. Any one know of any non-custom steel device(s)?

A 1 1/2 cage diameter without being 3" long would be nice too.

You're looking for a 54-57mm base ring. Try DH Gate. However, at that cage diameter, you likely won't find much.
