custom cage measurements with PA fixing

I know with a jailbird or MM device you order the exact size or minus a half inch but I am considering ordering steelworxx and PA fixing and not sure how much extra to add to my measurements if any for the PA/fixing in the cage.

Anyone? I have a looker 3 now with PA lock and obviously thats a little different. Im thinking about getting my measurements ready for when he is taking orders again and that is the route I think I will be going with the new device

If you add length, and the device ends up perpetually stretching your penis, then the PA is going to be continually strained and will become sore.
