I ordered an Evotion Wearables device last year, but my wife and I took a break from chastity play for a while. Now we are back and I put the device on this morning. You can use a padlock or one of those plastic numbered tags. I am using a numbered tag and I have to say that the device is very comfortable and very light weight.
When I first got the device the prong that goes through my PA was too far back. I contacted the company and they agreed to re-make that part for a reduced price (the first one was made exactly per my measurements, so I was okay with paying a small fee).
Now that the PA prong is moved more forward the device rests very comfortably supported by the glans.
So far, I think this is exactly the all plastic PA device that I have been looking for. I will keep you all posted as I wear it longer.

I have to say that the Evotion Wearables is the most comfortable device I have ever worn. It is designed so that the very-light weight is supported by the glans, not the PA hole. It is very, very comfortable. I would definitely call it the best PA type device of the 3 I have tried.
Of the other two: The PA5000 was just too small for me, plus it cracked & split. The Male Chastity Now Mouse Trap was too heavy for me and caused my PA to migrate to the glans. Because of that, I still wear a ball-capture device some of the time.
