Hi All!:
I only received my CB600S yesterda, promptly locked myself in it and handed the keys to my Fiancee and now KH. We played yestereday and it is clear that she is fully into this game. I remained in Chastity overnight. So far so good.
So here is my issue. When flacid my penis length can range from approx two inches to just half an inch. I selcted one of smaller sized rings and locked myself up. I used the shortest spacer. When I am at my smallest I almost come our of the cage. I would like to make the unit tighter so that I am more into the tube and hopefully to ensure that i do not escape accidenally. Should I go to a smaller ring size and force the unit deeper on the base of my penis? Does any one know if I can get a smaller locking pin and spacer from CB?
All comments are welcome.

You may find that using NO spacer at all works depending on the ring size as the gap then becomes between the rings diameters rather than edges (hope that makes sense). When i first started that's what i ended up with but it took a little while as my scrotum was small and tight and took a little while to "stretch" and thin to accept that layout.

Still having difficulty getting back into 24/7/365 chastity since covid. Very tender old man skin under the scrotum damages easily. Trying an HT Mk5 nub now. Love the fact you can’t pull out of it, hope my skin toughens up.

Thanks d. With no spacer does that allow the tube to move since the lock spot has a gap with no spacer?

No, i found i had to use the spacer "outside" of the semicircular bit to get the lock to hold tight, otherwise there's a gap from that piece to the lock hole (once again hope that makes sense).

You should have a variety of sizes of spacers, which you can arrange in any configuration you like, inside between the ring and cage, or outside between the lock and cage to make everything fit tightly together with the size gap you want.
I would advise caution as to going to small ring sizes too quickly- if you go small and wake up every hour and a half or so at night in significant pain, don't keep that size- go up a couple. If you try to just 'tough it out' you could end up with severe bruising and abrasions that could take a week or so to heal...and a freaked out wife/GF. BTDT.
