Need advice with edema issues

I'm going into my 5th month of chastity, it's been such a great experience for my wife and I. However, throughout my chastity I have had issues with edema. Usually about 3 or 4 days after being locked up I start to notice my remaining foreskin (I'm circumcised) swells just a bit. At this point I ask my Keyholder for permission to remove my device. It only takes 30 or so minutes with a little massaging and it goes away. Usually we just leave it off for the night and I'm locked back up the next day. We're both fine with this arrangement but I had read somewhere on this forum that someone had made adjustments to their CB series device who was having the same issues. I have a HT and I was thinking about grinding an 1/8th of an inch out of the bottom of the tube to see if that would iliviate my issue. Has anyone done this before or have any other recommendations for me.

The couple times I've read about men having this issue they have to get a device that isn't as tight on them. Perhaps the tube is squeezing you too much and it's causing the edema. Also some people just have to stay out of the device a few days to a week and it goes away and doesn't return.
I would say that your idea isn't a bad one. You could give it a shot if you don't think you'll accidentally ruin the device.

Thanks for the advice, I think I'll try to make some adjustments to my device, the HT is fairly durable I just hope I can make it smooth enough after I grind into it. Either way I hope to be in a MM Queens Keep in 6 months or so. We'll see my KH is enjoying the control so I'm sites he wouldn't mind a little more money invested into my chastity.
