This is not a story, so I'm sorry if I've suckered you in. I am in the beginning stages of plotting a tale, and need to know from the experts (you folks) if you would consider the following bit of dramatic license acceptable. I want to put my male character into inescapable chastity, something like a Jailhouse, with a PA piercing to make it secure, but my tale would require that the piercing and the cock cage be done at the same time, which I know is a no-no. The question is under what conditions (if any) would you as a reader accept that: constant aftercare, new kind of procedure, skin glue, high pain tolerance? Your input would be greatly appreciated.

The story could contain elements of how he might be 'trained' to smaller sizes, so that, eventually, he is in a device that he cannot escape. It could touch on the pain he might experience during nocturnal erections, and the accompanying sleep deprivation that could occur from being awakened by it. The part of the KH could be written as 'loving but determined', or 'intentionally cruel' and enjoying the distress she is inflicting.

I want to keep it realistic, or at least as realistic as the porn genre allows. And the idea is that nothing will shoot out of his dick. Dribble, maybe...

Can you give me an example of a device (or devices) that uses a hinged or multi-part ring? I suspect I may have to buy a Jailhouse just to get inside my protagonist's head. Trust me, my KH will definitely enjoy the distress she is inflicting.

The old style CB-3000 used a hinged ring, I believe they have now gone to a design that requires two or three pieces to be put together. I think the Bon-4M uses a hinged ring, as does a number of the [Chinese] steel devices available at dhgate.com.

You could consider using a TetherSpout to prevent pullout. Unlike a PA, it does not require any waiting for healing/stretching. See the PA-like security, without piercing thread in the devices forum...

Have you considered a high-end full belt? Never wore one but from the reviews I've read they are extremely expensive but, inescapable.
