Title says it all of course. I figured after reading a bunch and looking at prices a CB (authentic not a Chinese knock off from amazon) and well ever since I got a CB cage its been nothing but problems and not the kind of problems we enjoy.

First Attempt: CB Curve: I followed the instructions on the CB-X website which said measure length and buy the next size up. Next size up for me was a curve as I'm between 3.5 and 4in soft as well as pretty thick. I'm also a grower going up to just barely shy of a solid 7. Curve seemed ideal for me. Well when I got in the mail the very first thing I discovered was that the moment I stand up the cage pretty much tries to fall off but can't completely and I found with minimal effort I could easily slip my cock out of the cage (balls not so much still needed to unlock it for that). Okay I'm using too large of a ring, I did order the larger rings after all So I go down to the absolute smallest ring I can fit around my balls and shaft I seriously tried every single one of them going up in size until I was able to squeeze everything in there and when I say squeeze I really mean it SQUEEZE it in there. I set it up with the smallest spacer and well guess what SAME BLOODY PROBLEM. The Curve started to slide off. I got frustrated and gave up for a couple of weeks throwing it back in the box and tossing it into a junk cabinet.

Second Attempt: CB 3000: Time passed and the frustration that the curve was money down the drain since I can't return it due to the nature of the item as well as I still I really really really wanted to be locked up so bad I couldn't stand it lead me to read a bunch of chastity websites and they all said measure your cock and buy the next size down usually 1/4 inch smaller than your length and this made perfect sense with the spacers and everything and any minor slipping of the cage down the shaft a smaller cage seemed to be the obvious solution to my woes. I see that the CB-X website sells cages only without the rings so I grab a CB3000. I put it on and it seems perfect the first day. I even slept in it though in the morning it had done the same thing, it slipped down my shaft trying to fall off, and I could still easily pull out of it, also the massively thick rings of the CB were digging into one of my testicles and causing them to swell so I had to take it off. I tried a larger ring still sticking with the smallest spacer and the whole thing pretty much just wanted to keep falling off. Never falling all the way off but enough to where instead of filling out my cage 95-100% I was filling out maybe 25% of the thing. After several days in a row of wearing the cage with various sized rings and spacers I reached this point where I basically said FUCK THIS.

I offered to give it to my girlfriend and be her keyholder instead (shes MtF and still pre-op) but she declined I pretty much feel like taking the thing out back and shooting it because it keeps falling off my cock and making me feel so very very angry that I just flushed around $200 down the toilet between two different cages and I can't return them. I honestly feel like just smashing the thing to pieces with a hammer or taking it out back and shooting it (literally) because its 100% useless to me. I'm scared to spend anymore money in chastity cages because these two have left a sour taste in my mouth, I paid for everything I desired and got 110% disappointment, yet I still want that perfect cage, one that doesn't fall off, one that will stay put when its locked.

I don't know what to do. I don't want a full belt because of the nature of my work I need to be able to stand up and pee (only option is do it in the bushes or use the porta-loo and porta-loos are so beyond disgusting that I would rather just go in my pants because at least then I know who's mess I'm sitting in and where the person it came out of has been) I'm just at a point where I feel like chastity is a desire I can't have and I'm kinda afraid to buy another model cage because I'm afraid I'll have the exact same problem. Please if there is anything you guys know that can make it where my cages will quit falling off and keep me from pulling out I need to know about it otherwise I don't know if I'll ever get to have a cage that I fill out, and can pee in without sitting.

Ok first of all... ALL of these types of devices can be defeated by pulling out of the back. I am curious about what you mean when you say it "falls off." Does that mean the device slips a little forward away from your body? That kinda happens if you are hung low sometimes... and it can also pull/push away from your body slightly if you attempt am erection.

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for as far as help. But I know the lovely community here is more than willing to offer advice.

Based on your description, it sounds like the base ring is too big. The cage itself shouldn't really affect this issue either way. But if the ring is too big, it can slip and take the cage with it. The way you describe it, I can't tell how you put it on. You should thread one ball at a time and the pull your cock through. It should be tight enough so that you can only get one finger between the ring and your body and just to the first knuckle. A ring that fits properly should hold the cage in place.

I do not understand how it can "fall off". I am 1 1/2" and mine does not fall off. If the ring is properly sized and you use the smallest spacer, it should not fall off because your balls cannot fit between the cage and ring. I have a tight ring that does not cut off circulation and despite my small size, it stays in place.

Lady M: The device slips a lot forward and away from my body. I'm using the smallest ring I can get around my stuff and the smallest spacer. Its basically at a point where my cock could easily slip out without any effort on my part, but the ring and spacer are small enough that there is no way my balls could come out. I don't know what the deal is.

Tame Lion: The ring is the absolute smallest I can wear. I tried every single ring that came with my CB and kept going down in ring sizes until I could no longer get the device on and it still slips off.

Len51: I don't get whats going on either, it just slides forward and almost fully off my cock if I were to move the wrong way I'd fully slip out and just have it trapped around my balls with my cock free. I guess its the base ring is complete shit. The way the CB is currently designed the ring is in 3 pieces. (look at their website if you've not seen a CB since they changed the way rings are made.)

What I'm needing is something that makes it so my cock doesn't just naturally slide almost completely or completely out of the cage without having to wear uncomfortably tight underpants. Its just the fact that everything I tried doesn't work makes me want to give up on chastity, there is really no enjoyment for me knowing I can easily pull out if I don't just slip out naturally on my own.

Wow, that stinks... I apologize if you mentioned this but have you tried a steel device? And, if I may, how big are you flaccid? It sounds like you might need a shorter cage with a smaller diameter so that the cage itself helps hold it into you as well. I mean if the cage itself is more snug it would be harder for it to slide anywhere. That might require a custom device though.

Of course I'm guessing since I'm not in your pants but I'm just thinking.

We have a slipping forward issue but that is just something we have to deal with. Hubby has to be able to get a ball through the ring without pain and to do that it means the ring is juuuuuuuuuust too big so it does hang away from his body about an inch I'd say.

I too had big issues with CBX products. The short answer is they are a toy and not really good for long term wear. Maybe try a holytrainer, a lot of people are saying good things about them.
Steel reigns supreme though. Spend time with measurement, go a fair bit shorter than you think you need and if you can stand it, put up with about three days of tightness to allow your bits to get used to it.
I started on a CB6000 with the 47mm ring and 3 1/4" cage length and the middle spacer. I am now in a MM Queens Keep with a 40mm ring 3/8 inch gap and 2" tube and it is super comfortable.
Effectively could wear it forever apart from surfing as I don't want to ding my board!

Didn't work for me. The only one I couldn't pull out of, proved to be almost impossible to remove at all. It took me more than an hour to get it off, and I really thought that I was going to have to find a way to *cut* it off...and I couldn't see that I was going to be able to do that without doing at least a little damage. Eventually I *did* get it off without cutting, but not without damage.

I don't think the base ring generally can sit tight to the body. Most of the time mine is against my abdomen, but there are plenty of times it is out an inch or so. That isn't really an issue for me. I suspect the OP may have to remeasure completely. The CB6K isn't for everyone (or very many at all). A custom device is probably the way to go. You will end up spending more trying to find an off-the-shelf cage that fits.
