Cock-Lock Cock Cage Atomic Jock

Hello,
has anybody experience with the cock-lock cock cage atomic jock from oxballs? Maybe it's the same as the flex cage from fortroff. How is it to wear, does it really prevent erection, and is it safe - or is it only some kind of tool to play?

Is it a cock cage? To me it looks more like a cock ring, maybe i am wrong.... maybe it is a temporary erection prevention device made for the play session only. i have never used any Oxball item, but they do have some interesting looking stuff.
