Steelworxx device sent for adjustments

And it hasn't made it there! Has anyone sent their device back for adjustments from the US to Germany? How long did it take? Would I know if it got caught in customs?

We mailed out our $375 device and it's seemingly missing... I'm so sad, I hated that I was sending it back to begin with because I knew something like this was going to happen... now the device is gone and so is our money.

I sent one back once. It took a really, really long time to get there. I think it was about 6 weeks just for him to receive it. I have no idea what the hangup was but it did get there eventually. Once he had it the turn around was pretty quick and the return trip was uneventful.

It's been over 3 weeks now but I guess I'll give it more time before I completely freak out

It's just so frustrating because I hate that I even sent it... If it wasn't do much damn money I wouldn't be so stressed out.

Last time I received anything from the US by mail, it took a month. Another time it took 3 days, & I'm in Australia.

My gut feel is that USPS holds all mail to a particular country until enough mail has built up to warrant a shipment. My gut feel is probably not likely, but it is the only way I can justify any wait for packages from the US.
