sizing guide help cb6000 or curve

Post by tom19800 »

Hi there been lurking for ages but have finally joined this amazing community,
finally admitted to my partner last night that this is something i would love to do,took allot of courage to blurt that out lol as she is somewhat reserved. she seems a little hesitant atm but she didn't say no so that's a plus :)

the problem i now have is what device do i start with, i think ive made my mind up on the cb6000 or the curve i think they are made by same company.
regarding size i am more of a shower i guess my flaccid length is around the 4inch mark maybe 4.5 on a good day, girth flaccid is around 4 inches too
would i be better suited to the cb6000 or the curve as i dont understand the measurements?
the internal length of the curve is 3 3/4 im just soooo confused.

any help would be appreciated i cant wait to order one but dont want to waste £100 on one that doesn't fit

thank's Tom

Hey Tom, Welcome to the Forum.

My vote would be to go with the CB6000. While I'm a "grower" vs a "shower" I believe the length of the CB6000 would be fine for you. The Curve tends to be less discreet then the 6000.

Good choice to start out with something like the CB series which is very adjustable in the base ring and gap sizes.

Good luck.

I agree with locked4her55. The curve is HUGE when wearing it for everyday. I could never find a comfortable position to wear it in. With your girth, the Curve is going to be about and inch larger. You'll be flopping around in there.

I suggest you also look at dhgate. The growers here say their devices are usually a little on the large size. They may have something for you. I think their a little less money than the Curve.

Wow thanks for the fast response and great advice.
I shall go for the cb6000 then
A couple more questions to ask if possible?
The curve as you said I will be swinging about in it which is not what I want, will the cb6000 be really tight in your opinions or just snug? As I'm probably not conditioned to. Wear it really tight.

One more question how did your partners react? Was it something they loved from the go or did they get more into it I've only mebtioned it to my partner briefly once last night and she wasn't grossed out but didn't seem overly keen either, hopefully she will enjoy it as much as I think I will.

Thanks for the help Tom

It's easy to armchair quarterback here because I (and many others) made mistakes introducing MC into our relationship(s). Before you take the big step and order a device, talk at length with your partner about what chastity is about. Give her some suggested online reading to do. Books such as "The Keyholder's Guide" or Sarah Jameson"s "Be Careful What You Wish For" can be helpful. Be prepared to answer some questions for her as far as why do you want this, what can it do for our relationship, or what's in it for her. Some women seem to have a hard time understanding MC.

Once she has done her reading and knows a little about what you are proposing, involve her in your online search for a device. Letting her do the ordering will encourage her to take ownership of the device and eventually, your chastity. If you educate only yourself, order a device behind her back, then throw it all in her lap and expect her to be a good keyholder, chances are good it will not work out. Trust me, I, and others, have been there.
Take your time, there's no need to hurry. Your efforts will have a better chance of being rewarded.

Guilty.

Lucky for me (and now her ;) ) it all worked out in the end but it was a rocky start.

I'll never forget that day, she started rubbing my groin and discovered there was something harder than my dick down there.

Thank you again for being so helpful, I really am very grateful.
In regards to "the key holders guide" may I ask what the author is called? as there are few books around with a similar title.
Also is "Be careful what you wish for" worth the money the only version I can find in $65 seems allot for an eBook. If it really is going to help I would be happy to pay that much though.

One more question regarding measurements, Do I measure bone pressed? Or from the underside so basically from my ball's my initial measurement is along the top of my penis. If i measure from my ball's it measure a bit smaller.

Thank's everyone.

If I've done all of the calculations right your diameter would be around 1 1/4". The CB6000 is 1 3/8". This will be a better fit than the Curve which is 1 7/16"

It will probably feel snug when you start. Excitement is going to be your biggest problem. To help inserting the penis in the tube you might try the "stocking method". This is a way to help with installing the device. You can find directions here http://www.tickleberry.co.uk/male-chast ... ng-method/

I gave this book to my wife (who was very vanilla) when we started. It helped put into words most of the things I was trying to say. http://www.amazon.com/Male-Chastity-A-G ... 1905605145

As for Sarah's "Be Careful What You Wish For" it is a lot of money and I will admit I have it but I didn't pay that much as I got it when she first came on the scene. My wife has never seen it since some of it she wouldn't have cared for back then.

IMO, start with Lucy's book and see what conversation ensues.
