need help with holy trainer, not fitting

Hi everyone,

I purchased a small, 40mm ring Holy Trainer and received it today. This is my first chastity device so I'm excited to begin using it. However, I cannot get my balls through the ring because I guess I'm considered high and tight. Any suggestions? I think if I get the 45 it'll be too big. Thanks!

I have never used the Holy Trainer so I hope someone with direct experience adds to this. I am rather high and tight though and also use a fairly small (40mm) ring.

The technique I use with all the devices I have had is this. Apply a very small amount of hand lotion to the penis so it will be able to slide past the ring without too much friction. Do not apply any to the ball sack, you need to be able to get a grip on that. Wash any remaining lotion off your hands.

Put the base ring below your ball sack. Reach through the ring and grab the skin of the sack and start pulling it through. One of the testicles with usually come through if you do this. If not give it a slight push with the other hand as you pull the skin. Keep pulling as much skin through as you can.

Once one testicle is in and as much as the skin as possible start pulling the skin on the opposite side and slightly push the other testicle through. Once it is through pull as much of the skin through as possible.

Once both testicles are through wait for the penis to go flaccid again if necessary and then push the head of the penis through the ring enough to grab it with the other hand. Once it is started you can grab it and pull it the rest of the way through. This is where it is helpful if the head isn't lubed so you can grab it but the shaft is a little so it will slide past the ring instead of getting stuck to it.

Try putting it on after a shower. Things will be a bit looser then.

Thanks guys for the feedback. I'll keep trying and hoping that I can get it to work. Do you notice over time that your scrotum gets looser making it easier to wear the device and put it on?

If you practice wearing a device for a while, eventually your skin will loosen up a bit and it will be easier. And don't forget the temperature changes between winter and summer will have an impact, too. New England winters used to be a bit... uncomfortable when I'd go out to my car in the morning.

I too am high and tight and even after all these years I find some days are just tougher than others.

I do exactly what Atone has suggested except for one thing. I get my testicles through as he describes, then I apply some Aveeno lotion on my penis to slide it through.

It will become easier with practice.

Thanks. I actually was able to get it on, but it seemed to be too tight and was just really hurting for awhile. So, I acquiesced and purchased the 45mm to see if it fits better. Hopefully it does.

Maybe after awhile in the 45 you will be able to use the 40. It happens to many of us in the beginning. The adjustment may take some weeks to achieve.

That may be a wise choice. I measured carefully and originally ordered a 45mm, and then decided to add the 50mm since another device with a 45mm ring was really tight. When I started with the HT I found the 45 to be a bit uncomfortable, so wore the 50mm for about two weeks, and noticed that it was too loose. So I went to the 45mm, and though it was a bit too snug for a week or so, by the end of two weeks it was comfortable. Now I use a 45mm with any device.

Just carry a small bottle of silicone lube with you for a week or two and apply behind the scrotum/in front of the ring a number of times a day. Eventually the skin will stretch an adjust, and you won't need it as often if at all.
