Hi,
I recently received a Holy Trainer and was so very excited to start wearing it and using it. My initial thoughts were that the comfort was really top notch and that it was so light I thought I could easily wear it 24/7 without issues. In addition, the device is quite stealthy and curves down a fair bit so that it lays very naturally. I think I would only be worried in very tight slacks or khakis.
The only device I had used prior was a very primitive but visually exciting chromed cage that was either too loose or too tight and was very heavy and conspicuous. So I was quite excited to find a device I thought could be worn 24/7/365.
Since I've bought the device I have had two major disappointments. The first is that I can very easily get out of the device by simply pulling my penis out of the tube from below. I'm interested in methods of making the device more secure and hearing anyone else's experience with it. I'm guessing a lot of the responses will be that I should get a custom steel cage but I'm not ready for that yet, nor do I want to give up that easily on the Holy Trainer because it is so comfortable.
The second disappointment is that the tube is constantly moist from urine and sweat and seems like it would be very prone to infection or serious skin rashes. I have two alternatives, neither of which are very attractive. The first is to remove the cage to pee and keep it dry and the other is to remove it and wash it out afterward.
I'm wondering if the moistness is really an issue (can't imagine it's not) and if so, what others recommend. Can I avoid infection by keeping it on 24/7 and just rinsing it out well with soap and water during a shower? What if I remove it once a day and really clean and dry it well? Or do I need to keep it constantly clean and dry?
Thanks for any feedback.

Re: Holy Trainer & Hygiene
The Holy Trainer couldn't be more insecure. It's sort of hilarious how insecure this thing is. I can get in and out of it in a hot shower easily. For workaday purposes, it's alright. If you don't need something that isn't hilariously insecure, it's also alright.
To make it "secure", you're going to have to do some work yourself. There may be other ways of going about this, but one method would be to run a chain through the lock and around your waist which ensures the device stays against your body. This is going to rotate the device upwards, however, and make it less discreet under clothes. If that's a concern, you can easily add some chains/string/whatever to pull it back down between your legs. And now we're talking something like a harness to make the Holy Trainer moderately secure. (Could be hot, though?) If that's not your thing, get another device.

I agree with IWalkTheLine, this belt is too much expensive and offer minor things. There are much better options in the market.
