So, I use the CB3000 and travel a fair amount for work. Has anyone been through the new back scatter whole-body scanners at the airport? Even with plastic locks, I suspect that the chastity will be picked up on these scans. Does anyone have some first hand experience?
Thanks!

Re: Traveling?
Went through one at Logan Airport in Boston the end of 2011 with a CB6000s and plastic lock. Got to tell you when I saw it I freaked. Wasn't there last time I went through that terminal. Had I not been traveling with friends I might have excused myself and removed it but I took the chance and went right through without any problems.
Happily secured since 4/2010
Have worn CB3000, CB6000s, MM Jail Bird & Watchful Mistress,

Re: Traveling?
Supposedly the FAA is phasing out those machines due to privacy (and maybe other) issues. That said, they mentioned something about there being 2 types of those machines and they are only phasing out the super hi resolution one. Of course those are the ones I would be most worried about... but they may still show as something slightly funky on the lower res versions or whatever.

I just went thru the "Low Res" one at JFK that uses the stick figure profile. I had a boarding card in my back pocket folded over, and the machine picked it up. That was enough to get a wand search AND my fingers checked... As for over-seas they are doing random double checks, and I do not think they are as understanding as the TSA here, no matter what the explaination for any device being worn.
