They Don't Hurt Any Longer

All of us in devices know what it's like to be woken up in the middle of the night feeling like your balls are being pulled off. A little lube, going to the bathroom, and walking around a bit usually makes things better. I just assumed that was the way it would always be.

However, lately I've noticed that those middle of the night erections no longer hurt. I also wake up less from them too. I think I am sleeping through more of them, but even when I wake up it doesn't hurt. It's more like it's just there, and I roll over and fall back asleep.

I'm wondering if this is because my balls really have stretched a bit, or is it just that I'm used to it now?

Any of you guys experience this?

My balls are high and tight and it was terrible in the beginning when I got the morning wood there was no way that I could ignore it as was said it felt like someone was pulling my sack off.
Things improved greatly with time and now that I am in the device nearly full time it is not much of a problem any more. The thing that I do have to do is get up to pee to ease erections sometimes more than once.
I was never able to get accustomed to the plastic devices but I do find the metal devices easier to handle.
I think the plastic devices just squeezed my balls to tightly but in the jailbird it feels like your balls are secured without putting as much pressure on them.

This is exactly what I started experiencing about a month ago. Sometimes when I wake up I have to actually feel down there to know if I have an erection or not. Strangely it has actually become an enjoyable experience.

It's funny, I was thinking about blogging on this very subject. I find that whenever I switch devices that it takes a week or so for me to adjust to the new sensations so that I can sleep though the night. Like Atone, there are times when I hardly feel the device I'm wearing even though at an earlier date it would have been very noticeable. I think part of this can be attributed to physical adjustments (i.e., stretched scrotum) but I think a larger part is mental. Your brain starts to understand the feels are normal and stops making such a big deal out of them.

Oh, and yeah, the feelings that used to be uncomfortable become pleasurable. When I'm not locked, I miss the feeling of constraint and the free erection becomes just as distracting as the locked one once was.

I go thru an adjustment period each time I'm locked up. Usually by day 3 or 4, I'm totally used to the device and get no discomfort. I even enjoy feeling it trying to erect in the device. Guess that's why I am somewhat disappointed when my spouse says it's time to unlock for a while, especially when my spouse says, no cumming for you.

Atone, I've stated before but, I get a mental satisfaction from stroking my device. LRC tell's me it doesn't bother her and she actually likes it.
