I'm sorry to hear of your difficulty and as no one else has made any suggestions there is a product on the market called a 'Shewee'. Maybe with a little modification this could solve your problem? If the horn/scoop is too long maybe a little work with a craft knife or file could make it fit for purpose. It's certainly small enough to carry around on you while you are out and about.

oh no no offense at all i had actually remembered that as well and it would definitely help with the splashing issues which is nice since i had my first test run using outside the house at a movie theater bathroom but the cleaning up the inside of the tube was the harder part. i will defo think of looking into that product and thank you for your reply
