Brain picking

Hello everyone,

Im just after some brain picking, from what I have read you all have so much experience.

My boy mark was in a cb6000 last year and it was ok, he was always uncomfortable at night and hated the solid cage so when it eventually gave up the ghost we bought a birdlock, which seemed perfect, light, easy to wear long term, wouldnt catch on clothes etc etc ...but, even though it was measured properly and fitted it came off during the night, securely on at bedtime, laying beside him in bed by morning.

Not sure where to go from here, any ideas ?

Welcome to the forum! Getting the proper fit from all these TBD (trapped ball devices) means getting down to the smallest base ring one can accomodate without experiencing blueness or numbness coupled with the smallest gap(between the cage and base ring). This doesn't happen overnight(for most people) and, yes, there will be periods of discomfort. It happens over a long period with trial and error, adjustments, and often a different device. Some even get a PA to enhance security (I haven't). Don't give up, the end result will be worth it for both of you.

I agree with wishful4 but the Birdlock is not a custom device. Tho, I've never owned a Birdlock I don't believe the ring and gap sizes can be adjusted like a custom one can. The problem with a custom device is if your boy didn't like the feel of solid plastic, he's most likely not going to like stainless steel.

The real problem with chastity devices is that you're trying to fit a solid device to a morphable human body. That's why I say there are three components: Comfort, Convenience, and Security. You can pick any two.

The CBxxxx devices are great, but it takes a while to break them in (or rather, to break yourself in to wearing them). Sleep erections can be painful, and the solid cage can be inconvenient at times. The Birdlock (like several other silicone devices) is more comfortable, but at the cost of being notoriously insecure.

It may be time to investigate a metal birdcage style; the open design makes them easier to keep clean, and with the range of sizes of the cuff rings available, you might find one with a better fit to make sleeping better.

To back up what's been said, i would estimate it took me about 3-4 months to really get use to wearing a device nights. Daytime wear was never a challenge for me but sleeping was until i got the right combination of ring, spacers and gap.
