Teases from afar for a newbie?

There have been very exciting developments in my relationship with my wife this week, which cause me to ask the question below. Short summary background here first, with a longer post to follow in the next few days when I’m able to get the time to do it justice.

While my wife knows of my desire to have her control my orgasms, we really have not delved into orgasm denial much except for a period over 7 years ago, which was very fun for me but in which my wife eventually lost interest. I didn’t push her at all after that. She is pretty much vanilla, and while she will occasionally humor my kinky proclivities, it is only at my initiation and clearly just to humor me. Then, this weekend, we had a long discussion about our sex life, in which I confessed that I believed that I felt I was masturbating too much, that it was detrimental to a mutually satisfying sex life, and that I recently read several blogs where, for varying reasons, the couple decided that the man would only be allowed to orgasm when with his wife. My wife took it all well, and with naturally mixed emotions, including glad that I was bringing it up, but hurt that she must not be satisfying me if I needed to resort to porn and masturbation. Again, more on all this in a later post.

She shocked me the following night when at bedtime she informed me that she would be providing me a written agreement in the morning in which I agreed I may not orgasm again without her permission. She said it firmly but with good humor, letting me know that I could make suggestions about it if I wished, but I had no leverage to negotiate. I, of course, was thrilled.

So here’s the thing. My timing was terrible, as she is going on a 10 day business trip starting the day after tomorrow. I know from the last time we delved into orgasm denial that she wants to make sure this is a satisfying experience for both of us, but she really is not a natural at all when it comes to taking control and teasing. She is not the type who will read blogs or forums like this one – she is barely comfortable with this whole idea in the first place, and so I need to be very discriminating about materials I provide to her for ideas or as guides.

She has asked me twice how I think I'll make it for 10 days with her gone. It was the perfect opportunity to bring up the possibility of a chasity device, but I just don't think I should go there quite yet. But hopefully we'll get there eventually....

My specific question: I’m trying to find a nice comprehensive list of ideas for teasing a denied sub from afar that I can provide her. I’m sure I’ve seen such a list many times, but Murphy’s Law applies and I can’t seem to find one now that I need it. Do any of you have such a list, or recall there being one anywhere? She’s new at this, and in particular I’m hoping for ideas that she won’t immediately reject as extreme. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I’m very excited about this new development and, as I said, will post more about it soon. But I’d love to send her off with ideas that aren’t just mine….

Thank you all for your input -- I certainly agree that going slowly is the right move. I think she wants to participate, some. The one-sided phone sex idea is a good one. Milonova probably won't work because she will view it as porn.
