I have only one ball in the sac

I have only one ball in my nut sac. The other one never dropped. I am wondering if there is any type of chastity device that would work ? I have tried the cb6000 but it keeps falling off. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated by my Mistress C and Master R.

If you have a PA piercing, you might consider the PA-5000, which doesn't rely on any base rings at all.

It's a relatively inexpensive device, so if it didn't work out, you would not be out too much change. I found that I couldn't wear it for long periods as it stressed my piercing. Furthermore, it's hard to keep clean due to its design, but as long as you can be let out for a couple of supervised cleanings per week, that's no big deal.

(If you do not have a PA but end up getting one, make sure your piercing fully heals before subjecting it to the stress of a device like the PA-5000!)

Not sure I was thinking of getting the PA piercing. Was looking for something like the cb6000. Don't think I am gonna find anything like that though

You could look into getting an artificial testicle. Some people do it for their dogs that have been neutered.

Undescended testicles have an increased risk for cancer. Please tell me that the undescended testicle has been removed.

The other testicle has not been removed. Dr said he would keep a eye on it. Have heard of artificial ones, just never thought I could go through with it

I also have a PA5000. I'm not impressed. It stresses the piercing as you mentioned and it can only be worn for a short period of time. I have a 6mm Prince Albert piercing and after having fitted the chastity device properly, the penis would draw back and the PA5000 would start becoming very unpleasant to wear. The cleaning worked ok for me, and it is discreet.

I would not recommend it.

Ialso only have one testicle, wearing a chastity device isn't any problem at all, I've used both cb6ks and MM jailbird.
