Hi everybody, I need some help and this is the place I hope to find it. I have been wearing belts for about 3 years now, started with the 2000, 6000, 6000s and now a Jail Bird, not very large in that dept. and have a tight nut sac, in the past few months, all of sudden, the cage marks form the pressure of my jeans, underwear, what ever pushing on my sac and pushing them into the cage is really starting to hurt, getting burning and stinging sensations, when I remove the belt I have like "welts" from the cage, they go down and all stops hurting....what I would like to know...anyone else have this going on and is there a better belt to get...the 6000s has vent holes on the sides, so now I am getting pain from those as the nut sac pushes into the cage....I don't understand why all of a sudden this is starting to bother me.
Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks.

I know it's rather obvious, but...looser clothing? I found that I had to abandon briefs in favor of something looser- in my case, it was the hinge rivet of the CB3k. It didn't matter which way it was turned, the pressure of briefs would press the rivet against either the perineum or scrotum and cause intense pain after a while.

Joe had headaches continuously for the last five years. Nothing would ease the pain. Being fourty he just couldn't stand to live the rest of his life this way. He decided to see a doctor to see how to make them stop.
