I have had a fairly bad problem right now and have been unable to wear my JB for ages. For the last 2 years the cage has been perfect and obviously has not changed! Yet at the moment it feels like it is dragging internally on something. I have even been to the surgeon and had an MRI to see if there is any internal issues stemming from a)my hernia repair from years ago or b) last years vasectomy (see my blog, what a total fuck up that was!). Happily, there is nothing internal that is wrong, yet there must be some phsyical change in me that is making it very uncomfortable to wear a ball trap device.
CQ has also decided, after a few false starts, that I am to be pierced. However she (and I) are not keen on the way a PA looks at all, she preferes the way a didoe or frenum piercing looks. The first piercing will be the frenum. The question is does anybody know of a tube shaft covering device that would lock onto a frenum style piercing and leave the balls free? Does anyone have experience of wearing the frenum style as well, how is it and does it help her during sex?

I wonder if the CB5000 could be modified to lock onto a frenum? It's plastic, and shouldn't be difficult to work with. You could get a wide bar. Not sure what they have for locks.
Some of the Loris are frenum locking, but the pictures make them look to be gawd-awful ugly and bulky things.
FWIW, I had a frenum for about a year. I had issues trying to keep it clean, and it never fit inside my CB3000, even after I modified the bottom of the cage. I had a a lot of issues with pinching, and I got infected a few times - nothing major, but I simply could not wear the cage for more than a few days.
That said, a more open design might work much better. If you're handy, you might be able to get some PVC plumbing tubing and modify it to wear, just as a trial, for a few weeks.
