Does anybody know who makes the device?

That is a Steelworxx Steelheart with an integrated lock. Plenty of information on the Devices forums and quite a few of us have one on (myself included).

Thanks for the info. I am curious about the total length. They say that the overall length between 3.346 inch (85mm) and 5.118 inch (130mm). Doesn't even the shortest length seem to be kind of long. When they say total length, does it mean the whole device including the ring? Does this fit well under clothes? I have been looking for quite some time for a stainless unit that does not allow any penis stimulation at all like this one.
Does anybody know of any others kind of like this one? I will try to check out the devices section also although I am not very good at navigating the forum as you can see by me putting this in the wrong section.

These are made by Dietmar. He sends me a Christmas card

They are available in shorter lengths. I have one that is 80mm overall and another that is 70mm overall. It does include the ring in that measurement.

It fits very well under clothing and allows almost no stimulation.
