You might be surprised, but it's not an MM device. For US residents, the cost of a plain-jane Steelworxx Crossfire or Steelheart is 139 EUR shipped, or at current exchange rates, about $195. This is competitive enough with the CB-XXXX line that it could work for a first device, except for 1) the fit and 2) the wait.

(When your dick needs to be locked up pronto, there's nothing like the instant gratification of plastic. Ironic, I know.)

There are two slightly less expensive models even, but the Crossfire and Steelheart come closest to the totally enclosed tube of the CB line. The problem with Steelworxx is the options; adding the integrated lock and comfort ring bumps up the cost quite a bit.
