Feel the same way. The key for the high security screw is at best troublesome. My wife has said on more than one occasion, "I’d let you out for some teasing but the key for the screw is more than difficult to use". Well this put me on the path to find something easier. I found an old tool in my shop that is working great. Now no pun intended but what I used is an old wooden handled nut driver.

Now I know not everyone has access to some old tools but you could just go to your local hardware store and buy a small dowel. Cut it to a proper length and drill a hole in one end just enough to insert the security key so that it's tight. I suggest using a drill just a bit smaller than the diameter of the security key and wiggle the drill a little so that the entrance hole is a bit bigger than the lower part of the hole. This will make a sort of taper cut that the key can secure into. This will give your KH a better grip on screwing or unscrewing the screw.
Lining up the hole is still a bitch but MM is now putting a "dimple" on where the screw goes in which should make the process a bit easier in getting the screw started.
Just my advice from the Chastity DYI Network.
