Having worked in an Emergency Room ... there isn't much that will shock them. So, don't worry. If you're locked and have an accident and are taken to the hospital, they will handle it professionally.

One of the problems with wearing a chastity device is ... your wearing a chastity device. Not common, not usual, so ... there will be those that are shocked by it. I would do whatever you can to keep it hidden because I don't think it's right to expose other people to it and put them in the position of seeing it.

Just my simple views.

As a paramedic, we wouldn't need to remove a cage unless it was stopping us providing necessary treatment. Therefore, we would wait until we got you to A&E and they would remove it if required

If it got to the point where we'd have to remove a device, we'd remove it by whatever means necessary. A metal one would get cut, regardless of type. We carry tools, and if we don't have what we need, that fire engine the shows up will. The odds of coming across some guy in an accident wearing a device and needs to have it cut off is incredibly rare. Panties, however...
