Hi all,

I finally bought my first chastity device (an A081) about a month ago, but I have got a couple of problems:

1) the chastity ring is not completely adherent to my pubic area, so when my cock tries to get hard the base of it manages to have a little erection (it is kinda difficult to explain): could that be a problem? I don't feel pain or anything, maybe the ring is too big, I don't know.

This is common, and not a problem.

This, I don't know, I'm thinking that your color description is a bit off and it isn't as big an issue as you think. As a new user you may still be experiencing more intense arousals. How are your balls doing? If your scrotum turns dark and becomes cold, then you have an issue with circulation that you will want to correct.

Are you self-locking? Or do you have a 'KeyHolder' that is 'assisting' you?

My balls were dark and cold, but it only happened a couple of times and they quickly came back to normal as soon as I lost my "erection". It's not that big of a deal but I don't want it to happen again, so I think it'd be useful to understand why it happened.

I have a key holder (my girlfriend) and I am usually locked up for short periods of time (we're new to this, despite the fact that chastity has been a fantasy of mine for a long time).

This is normal. A decent part of your erection is behind where the ring sits. Even if the ring touches your belly, there is a "root" that will emerge when you get hard. Nothing will prevent that.

And you may end up trading one set of problems for another. Just read the many posts about ill fitting custom devices or the collection of custom devices some guys have trying to find the one that is the best. I get along fine with a CB 6000s. I wear it 24/7 and have had to replace the tube and the ring once in the last 13 months. I find it very comfortable for me for all day wear and easy to clean too.

I may get a custom chastity device someday but first I want to try the knockoffs to decide if I even like the design.
