I have developped a chastity device witch is quiet different to what I've seen yet. It's not perfect but the concept wich I have in mind could be good. It's steel, it is simpel, its modular

I wonder if I can come in contact with a manufacturer who sees a oppurtunity i produce this device a develop this further

I'm not sure how many manufacturing agents hang out here. You might need to make a solid model or at least a sketch to draw some interest.

As long as you don't have a patent for your product, showing it to someone will always carry the risk of your ideas to be "stolen". But without showing you will never find an investor/partner.
And even with a patent, Chinese manufacturers are happy to ignore any intellectual property and copy it.

There are numerous web sites offering 3D printing.
