urethral tube

Do any of you wear you device with a perminate urethral tube? and have you had any issues? And what device you recommend if you want a device with urethral tube?

I have a queen keep by MM at the moment and they won't craft a tube or sell one.

Worn without removal for over a month with no medical issue. Quit using because impossible not to have residual urine in tube. Had to wear folded tissue in my briefs to absorb as it migrated out. The tube was long. It extended 1.5 inches past base ring.

Longest i wore one was about 12 hours, it was a cheapie and sprayed ursine everywhere as it had a rotating fitting. Loved the idea but the reality was a let down.

I tried a couple with tubes. I had no problems, no leaking or dripping. I just felt there was too great a risk of infection.

From what I've read from other people (not my own experiences) is
that either there will be a problem with keeping it closed in a sterile
fashion (Problem 1) and if you go further inside, the whole length of the
penis, there will be abrasions on the urethral mucous membrane which
will at first only hurt like crazy on each erection and over time will
get bloody (Problem 2) :/

I guess thats one of those biological limits for BDSM
