If your having trouble milking from the rear have you considered ruined orgasms.
There is lots of info available on here about it and it can be very effective in the sense that you get so close to enjoyinging your orgasm only to be left as frustrated as you was before you started but at least a little emptier.

Hi NicolaMary, In answer to the question of how to milk without any of the related pleasure of ejaculation, there are only two methods I know of myself that leave me agonisingly frustrated.
Firstly though, let me agree with you that I don't think prostrate milking would work with me either and besides, it is known to usually take a long time and I wouldn't want my Princess to work that hard at it.

The terms you'll want to search for are "Prostate Milking" and "Prostate Orgasm" - they are sometimes (incorrectly) used interchangeably, but they are slightly different acts. I put up a brief explanation and a few animated gifs a couple of months ago in one of the threads to show the difference:
