I'm currently refraining from ejaculating without a cage on. The ball ache is tremendous. For those in long term chastity, is this an everyday reality, or does it get better over time?

It should get better. Are you using any lube down there when it is on?

Do some squats. If you search this site on "blue balls" and squats I am sure you find some discussion on this.

In my experience with hubby it does get better or you get more use to it.

Had the same problem recently. Cumming immediately resolves it. Or try going a few days without edging or porn. which can be worse than refraining from coming since you still want some kind of stimulation.

Ball ache was painful initially. Now I've started enjoying it. I even enjoy nocturnal erections!
I think this is what is getting 'acclimatised' to the chastity lifestyle!
