So I received my Steelheart earlier this week. I am wondering if it might be too tight or if it is normal.
I got the 38mm, 44mm seemed like it would be far too big for me.
One thing I noticed is when cleaning while wearing (doing Thumper method) no sudsy water will pass through. Another thing is when I took it off after 24 hours of wearing, my penis looked a little anemic and pale. I was wondering if bloodflow is an issue. After it was off for a bit it started to look back to normal.
I have no issues peeing and don't feel too constricted in that regard.
I asked Dietmar if he makes tubes in sizes between 38mm and 44mm and his first response was "no". Does anyone know if he has done so in the past?
Also my Steelheart hangs kind of low, and since I have low hanging balls, does anyone have suggestions how to alleviate that for my next device?

couple of other follow up questions I wanted to add.
If you are in a tight steelheart, how do you deal with the moisture buildup that doesn't get aired out? And is having parts of skin that get no air ok? I feel like that would be a problem after a few days.
Is there a possibility of damaging my ability to get erections if I am in a device that stifles them for a long period?

I am in a very snug steelheart. I don't find moisture to be a problem and I have gone months at a time with no removal.
Sudsy water does not pass through on mine. I use the squirt bottle and spray it up through the hole at the end. Very rare for any to come out the top. I also spray down from the top. I do use the shower hose with the head detached to spray clean water through. That works going both ways and gets all the soap (and other stuff) out. I think getting the soap out is more important than getting it dry.
Once I am done I use one q-tip (both ends) in the hole at the end to soak up the little remaining water. Then I use a drop of hand lotion on the end of a q-tip inside the hole and the other end, well, inside the other end
I think the hand lotion displaces any water moisture that might be in there.
I will say that I have several larger steelhearts and they do hold on to a little more moisture (water). There is just more space for it to hold on to. In the small tube there just isn't any extra room.

I cannot imagine what a 44mm tube would be like. I could almost get a full erection in something that big As it is I find the 35mm tube to be too big and prefer the 31.5mm tube that I wear almost all the time. It did take time to get to that point though.

It seems a little low and I am almost always touching the end.
I think the gap that works best for me on other cages is 1/4" and that seems to hold things in place (I have a low hanging sack)
I was thinking of getting my next cage a little longer and narrower lower gap (9mm). Do you think that will help, or do this things just have a tendency to hang down a bit?
