Thank you for your well crafted comments here. This above quote is the main take away for me and our main goal. It's also the basis of our reset. So far, about 2 weeks into the reset, we've made great strides in reconnecting and rebuilding us. We are both pleased with our progress. Thank you for sharing your ideas. I'll check out your links.
