I wonder if it's more that your sleeping subconscious has grown accustomed to them and is now ignoring them. Many times in the morning, when the alarm goes off, I have a ball pulling, squeezed out the cage, throbbing erection. Before getting into the chastity lifestyle I would have erections for the least little naughty thought and would often walk proudly around in public with a less than discreet bulge in my pants.
