Base Ring Over Time

Ok so I get that over time what happens is the base ring size will go down... had anyone had the opposite? Or well sort of the opposite happen? Hubby went down a ring size from 2" to 1 3/4 and had been in that size but it seems like lately the way his device has been fitting that he might need a little bigger ring...I'm thinking he might need a 1 7/8 base ring... although when I used the sizing rings from MM the biggest one was the one that fit with a finger to the knuckle... so in wondering if he actually might need a 2 in ring again? Problem is, the measuring rings aren't heavy and don't have the pull of the device... so what if I get him the 2" ring and the weight of the cage actually pulls it down instead of it being able to stay up.....

Ok so please let me know your experience!

The base ring that will prevent balls from escaping does seem to go down. Actually, the muscles in the scrotum will thin as a result of the ring pressure. When a ring starts to be too tight for safe, comfortable long term wear is when the urethra is compressing. He will feel this as a "vibration" sensation when peeing. At that point you need to back off a bit. This happens to me at 1.5 inches. 1.75 is a bit too wide for me (a ball will get out) I need a 1 7/8 for comfortable, secure wear.

If the weather has been colder recently then that cold be the cause.

Things are a bit tighter down there during the winter for those that are high and tight!

I am experiencing this same thing and I think the cold weather is what is causing it.

This is interesting, I have never heard this. Time to research a little. Never really even though about there being muscles in my scrotum.

I have been thinking about going down a little in both base ring and tube diameter. I will have to pay attention to this. So far in my experience the limiting factor is nocturnal erections not any constriction while urinating.

Atone same for me. Night time erections are my main limitation.

I have two MM rings just 1/16" apart and there is a significant difference.

I'm getting a 1/16" smaller ring again with my new JB. Might have to wait until summer to try it!

Yes a larger ring should help Lady. Handy to have an extra ring or two!

Yes, with my CB6k I can wear the 3rd largest ring, but when its cold It gets too uncomfortable and I have to size up to the 2nd largest so my boys don't feel like they are being wrestled to death.
