Need some clarity here. Are you talking about burning in the testicle itself...or in the skin around it? I get irritation in the skin from chafing and the skin being stretched tight. This is different from pain in the internal parts.

I don't know if its common or not. Everyone reacts differently and at different times.

My first exp with the JB I had lots of pinching and discomfort. This time it's pretty much all gone. I am not doing anything differently so who knows.
