I've been reading orgasm denial and chastity fiction for years and I finally took the plunge and bought a cock cage. Specifically this one:

Of course, I discovered I can pull out of it when I'm flaccid, which I now know is pretty common with these things. Is there anything I can buy to add to this thing (I don't even know which brand it is) to make it harder to pull out? I can't afford an expensive device and I really don't want to go down the route of genital piercing.

In some cases, 'cheap' is a waste of money.

According to the write-up, it appears that the device comes with only one base ring that is 50mm in diameter. That is a fairly large ring. I doubt that there is much you can do to it, with it, or add to it that will accomplish what you desire.

You might be better off purchasing a [genuine] CB-6000/6000s device, which will come with an assortment of sizes of base rings, the smallest being about 38 or 40mm. This will set you back about $150 (US, I don't know what that comes to in your currency).

Unfortunately, depending on your size and tolerance, you may still find that reality doesn't quite match up with the fantasy and that under some conditions it will not be completely impossible to 'pull out' of the device. The fact is, that there are few devices that will even come close without spending a significant amount of money (significant to the average working stiff, that is).

You did not mention whether you have someone participating as a keyholder. In some cases, being accountable to another person can help to overcome the inherent limitations of designing a device to be used on a bit of anatomy that can have a great deal of difference in size from one state to the other.
