Unexpected opportunity to upsize was taken today. In hindsight only a month between upsizes may have been too early (especially with no stroking/sex to stretch the piercing) as it was a hard fit and is the most sore since the PA was installed.

I have ordered a 6mm 'tribal' ring (15mm diameter in surgical SS) which is held by an internal screw which I feel will be more secure in use than a captive ball ring which may be dislodged by the PA loop under penile pressure.

Poor, I have also had issues with the captive ball rings. Besides the possibility of the ball getting dislodged. Mine likes to rotate around until the Ball and the edge of the ring are irritating the piercing.

I have switched to using a smooth segment ring. No ball to dislodge or irritate. (Currently at 4mm)

I just figured the extra mechanical security of the screw would prevent any failure of the ring. Time will tell.
