Swelling issue - Can't use chastity...Help!

Post by anythingforher »

So I've been fighting with this problem since I introduced chastity to my girlfriend. I had fooled around with it prior with no issues but after 3 days in a cage with the wrong lubrication(noob!) I caused some issues that were resolved... so I thought. After that I did proper research and found baby oil and silicone lube or just dry to be best.

So when I introduced my cb6000 to my girlfriend she loved it and immediately I left the key with her. After about 3 hours I peeked inside the opaque cage after the little guy was feeling funny and noticed I had this strange puffyness or swelling around the tip of my urethra. Immediately i was turned off and worried, so much so I shrank to a point where I could get the cage off(it was sized a little too big, again, I was still learning) So that was a relief but the puffyness/swelling lasted for another 2 hours before it was gone. Fast forward a week, I tried it again and after an hour the swelling returned!

This turned me off of chastity for a while and I was VERY upset because I absolutely love the idea and having a girlfriend that also does too all the while I can't use it is very upsetting :(

So I leave it be for a couple months, swelling doesn't come from anything else so it's not visible. After that long time, I decided to give it another go, change some sizing ect and change lubes. After an hour, again the horror returned and I was pissed off. This time though, I decided to go to the doctor, too nervous to tell him what I was doing that caused it but explained everything. I did yeast infection treatments and used multiple anti inflammatory's. I've been to a urologist, dermatologist and my own dr several times.

After using this anti-fungal for awhile, it actually irritated the NON EXISTENT swelling and brought it back WITHOUT the cage. And after that it has never fully gone away :( This is quite upsetting because it's made me a little sensitive. Certain boxers cause irritation and after a long sexual play time of teasing and just play sex, It swells slightly and is sensitive.

If ANYONE has ANY kind of information/experience with this, Please, I beg of you, give me some pointers in the right dirrection.

I've determined it's not any lube i'm allergic too, I've determined it's not the opaque cage on the cb6000, I swapped it with a cb6000s clear. Tried different sized rings/spacers. I've tried a knock off metal one and same thing after 30 mins. Yesterday I tried again after not wearing a chastity for months, and I actually went 4 hours with no severe swelling but maybe I'm just paranoid but it looked like it swelled up a bit. No pain and barely visible but I THINK it's still going on. I just don't want to risk any more permanent damage as i think I've already done damage :(

Searched the forums a bit and found nothing on this, I've posted on other forums and tried many other different information sources, nothing so far.
21 y/o, relatively sensitive skin, only allergic to nickle(or cheap alloys).
For some examples of what it looks like.(NSFW, you know what you're about to see...)

And i'm not the only one. Looking at chastity 'stuff' I've seen others with it but there's no documentation anywhere! I've actually had someone message me about a post on a med site asking if I had a solution and said "No, do you!!?" and it ended at that :(

THANK YOU!

P.S. Sorry for the long post, I just wanted to try and give all the information I've gotten so far, if I didn't there would be a lot of questions I've already gone over a ton of times.

Also, I will honestly paypal $50 to the individual(s) that helps solve this. I mean it. It would mean so much more than $50 to me to be able to use a chastity again.

Hey there anythingforher.

I feel bad for you!

Looks to me like you've exhausted many of the "common" causes, so let's step back and take things one item at a time.

I suggest that you remove all chastity devices for a few days, and establish a "regular" routine for you with no chastity involved at all. This means your normal shower / bath routine, your normal soaps / body washes, your normal laundry detergents, etc. The goal is to establish a "baseline" in which everything is as vanilla and benign as possible, and in which there are no symptoms at all as you described them. If you have any issues at this point, then you are probably experiencing a chemical allergy of some sort.

ONLY what you have a good baseline to work from:

You mentioned having a CB6000. I suggest that you put on ONLY the base ring for a few days. NO TUBE at all. The objective here is to see if the base ring you choose is either A) causing an allergic reaction; or B) is sized incorrectly (if it's too small, it can cause pain but can also cause fluid retention and swelling).

After a few days of this, see if you're having any sort of reaction. If so, then remove the base ring and go back to your baseline condition where there were no problems. When you're back to normal, change one and only one thing - the base ring diameter for example.

When you're at the point where you can wear the base ring for the CB6000 with no issues for several days, then AND ONLY THEN try the tube again. If you use any lube, note what lube it is. The combination of plastic and lube could be causing an allergic reaction (heard of drug interactions before? Same kind of thing).

You can also try the same methodology with your steel cage device. But remember... and this is important! Change ONLY ONE variable at a time.

It will take a LONG time for you to find what is causing the problem. It's kind of like diagnosing allergies. You do that by repeatedly pricing the skin with known allergens until you find out which one(s) cause an allergic reaction. Your reaction could be allergy-related, but it could also be a physical retention of fluid when you don the base ring.

As I said, this could take a while, so you have to be very patient, and you have to document every step you take so you don't have to worry about committing it to memory.

Good luck!

Just looks like a sensitive body part has been rubbed by a foreign object to me. I think you may be worrying a bit too much about this TBH. If it doesn't hurt whilst not erect, go cold, bleed or smell bad then it's usually pretty much OK as long as you can keep it clean.

PS Tell your urologist what you did - otherwise he can't tell you to stop doing it.

Have you tried a bath with Tea Tree Oil?

I did a little searching online, and some of the posts suggested getting antibiotics, and this one suggested baths with Tea Tree oil:

I don't know what Tea Tree oil is, but perhaps you could find it on Amazon.
