First time Buying & Wearing a Chastity for Long Term Wear

I am buying a chastity for my first time and would like to know if this is a good chastity for me

I am about 3-4'' flaccid and this chastity is only 3''. I was wondering if this was a safe size to wear for long term play. I like steel and open ventilated chastity's so it is easy to keep clean. I also like a tight snug fit but I was wondering if this would be ok for long term wear

Really hard to say what will work for you. Seldom has anyone found the right device without trying several. If this is your first device, I would highly suggest purchasing a sizing ring kit from http://www.maturemetal.com/plastic-sizing-rings/, whether you intend to buy your device from them or another manufacturer. It will take the guesswork out of your ring sizes, and that's what secures the device in place. What device will work for you will depend on a lot of factors. Where you live, your work and leisure activities, how diligent you will be at hygiene, and above all, what your Keyholder likes. If you will read back on this forum, there is a ton of info on the quest for the right device. There is also info on wearing experiences of almost every device out there. Good luck on your search. I agree with what wishful4 said. You may find that your ring size will get smaller as you become acclimated to the device. This is why many of us recommend one of the CB series devices for first time wear. They are very adjustable in both gap and base ring size.

You said you are looking for something that is suitable for long term wear? While the openness of what you are looking at will help with hygiene you may find that it will rust over time since it is only steel. This is why many here have gone to a custom stainless steel device after determining their proper fit.

I also bought the MM sizing rings and tried them several times - also over night. Very good investment!

However, I also started with some cheap Chinese knock-offs at DHGate. The device you are interested in looks like the "A081"... However: It may well be that the one you are interested in is really stainless steel, whereas the Chinese products are just chrome-plated (despite their insisting that - of course - everything is stainless steel). After two very different models and with the help of the sizing rings, I was able to come up with a really good idea of what I wanted. Now I have a MM Jailbird with which I am very happy.

I strongly agree with locked4her55, a CB series device is a great way to start. The various rings and all the sustainability is really helpful especially for someone just starting out.

I will also chime in, and agree with starting out in a CB series device. I started with a cb-6000s, and I still use this device on occasion. It's very easy to fit with all the ring and spacer combinations.

I've gotten several of the devices from DHgate. The ones sold as stainless steel were in fact stainless steel.
In general they have been well made and worked fine, you just have to deal with the approximate sizing. I was most pleased with the price.

I have one with the ring configuration shown in the link above.The parts on this type don't fit really snugly together, therefore a real possibility for pinching. I had to rework mine to get things tight together to prevent the pinching. Strongly recommend solid rings. Per the instructions I contacted the seller pre-order to request the ring size I wanted and did receive it.
