Do It Yourself Chastity Device....Solved!

...at least for me! Everyone seems to have different things they wish to get out of chastity, but for me, it's simply I don't get to cum until my Goddess/wife makes it happen herself. I can do without the stylish stainless steel jobs, the complicated get ups, and most especially, the pain, discomfort, sores, smell, constant cleanup, unpleasant nightly wakeups, and when it gets right down to it, ease of escape of some devices.

One caveat. This requires a PA (Prince Albert piercing). My wife finally relented and accepted that anything short is fatally flawed from an escape standpoint. However, the resulting simplicity and security is well worth the rather small amount of pain I experienced. I also get a real charge seeing it - it feels like a collar, set in place by my wife.

Anyway, here's the deal. I had a few hours yesterday morning to get this done before I had to go to work. My first step was literally, to go to Home Depot. It is a DIY project after all, right?! I had a vague idea of how it was going to work and I perused the entire store looking for just the right material.

What I found was a bit of plastic tubing used to extend a sink's drain pipe. It's jointless, flared, and comes in two basic sizes. I got the 1-1/2" size, but there was also a 1-1/4" size. The former works perfect for me. The idea is that I only have to cover the area behind the head, for about 1-2 inches. The head is exposed fully on top and sides. The bottom of the device extends underneath the head and a slot is cut into it sized for the PA piercing to drop down into. My current prototype has an open-ended design so that the ball of the piercing can be trapped. On either side of the slot are holes that allow a locking device - either a padlock directly, or a cable. Currently, since it's in testing mode, I have a serialized tie running through it, and my wife has the serial number. Ultimately I will use a padlock. This design keeps the weight of the padlock on the device, rather than on the piercing, and simply traps the piercing from being able to be removed. The size of the tube, combined with the slight flaring inward at the head and the very light weight of the tube, allows the penis to hold the weight of the device and lock, generally speaking.

I'll post the pics. I think I'm proving that a pic is worth a thousand words, by trying to describe this device, but the result is amazing - It feels like I have nothing on, the relevant nerves on my dick are inaccessible, and I sleep with no wake-ups from nocturnal erections. Wow!

I used a utility knife and tin snips to make the cuts after first drawing the basic design with a permanent marker. I drilled the holes, and then sanded everything down with fine (320 grit) sandpaper. The sandpaper removed all the markings from the plastic and did a fantastic job of taking off all burrs and smoothing the plastic. It looked way more professional afterwards, too.

My wife is very pleased with my work. Future designs will eliminate the open slot in the front by extending the length of the bottom lip a centimeter or so. This will let me rotate the ball inside and against the bottom of the penis and make it inaccessible for naughty cucks. Right now, my piercing is only days old, so there's no way I'm messing with trying to remove the jewelry, but that will change. I'm sure there's variations that can be done using locking piercing jewelry. That's the fun of DIY - making it work perfectly for your situation!

After almost a full week of wear, I'm delighted with the results! It puts very little weight on my PA piercing, which is good, since the piercing was only 2 days into healing when I put it on. It also leaves plenty of room for air to get to the piercing and for me to keep it clean. In fact, keeping every thing clean is easy - There is very little to it, so paying a little attention in the shower to hygiene in that area is all it takes! No lube needed for comfort, no ball-stretching at night, no more pressure sores (thanks goes to the Exobelt Extreme for THAT particular experience!). I can access the sensitive portion of my cock when I'm soft, but once I'm hard, I'm done - I can't reach it anymore due to the snug fit.

This works particularly well for me, because I'm one of those whose cock get's put away when it's not in use. And I mean REALLY put away. It can get quite small, and the short length of the tube lets me get really small without pulling on the PA.

I'm mulling over a design change that extends the bottom plate a little and eliminates the open slot design. A closed slot will let me tuck the ball up under the cock, next to the PA, and make it inaccessible for removal. Removal isn't much of a temptation with me right now, since it's still very sensitive due to the recent piercing. Another strategy to deal with that is to put in a ring that requires a tool for removal. Once the device is locked on, the tool won't fit. Another idea is to purchase a lock that is designed to go through the piercing. It is made out of a metal that won't irritate the piercing. As long as it was designed so that the tube took most of the weight, I think it might work well. That lets the cock shaft support a lot of the weight and keeps the PA from getting irritated. One concern I have is the material. I've noticed no reactions to being in constant contact with the plastic, but I know nothing about it, and some people may have an allergic reaction to it. It was certainly not intended for this application!

Overall, I'm very impressed! It never takes more than a few days to realize the flaws in other chastity devices, so I'm pretty excited about finding none with this one so far. It's very light, low profile, comfortable day and night and most importantly, effective at maintaining chastity!

2 Weeks, and all is very well. Cleanliness is a non-issue - a shower is plenty enough to clean, let alone the occasional bath! I've only had it off one night and I have no chaffing whatsoever, no funky smell, only minor pinching on my piercing that is easily taken care of by a discrete adjustment of my "package" and no nightly wake-ups due to pain and ball-stretching. I like this device. I have decided it deserves a design modification, though. Using a standard mini-lock, I found that it was touching the lower part of my head near the end, and causing irritation similar to that you might find wearing cheap jewelry in a piercing. I immediately removed it and put a plastic serialized lock back in. Mulling over that experience, I've decided I'm going to do a revision to the design that has a single, closed slot and no holes. The piercing can drop through the slot to a point. It won't be big enough to drop an further than required to put the hasp of a lock through it. This keeps the pressure off the piercing, as all the weight will still be transferred to the jewelry and immediately to the cage, which is largely supported by the cock. This will also let me fold up the lock against the body of the cage, and maybe strap it against it with a rubber band. Having the lock stick out at 90 degrees like it was, is a less than optimal arrangement. Keeping the chromed steel hasp from touching any skin seems to be important.

I have mocked up a similar frenum ring that is to be held by simply putting the PA ring through a close fitting hole. It's basically a 45 degree cut across a 24mm aluminium tube with said hole but it worked well enough to send it onto a maker as a template IF permanent chastity becomes our reality.

Keep posting. (There isn't a lot of 'cheerleading' on here. Quiet contemplation is often the order of the day.)
